My Services
Buying and Selling Real Estate is becoming more and more complicated as lawsuits are increasingly more common which has meant that the lawyers involved in designing the required paperwork for the real estate agents and the public to use is more detailed. As well with the introduction of privacy legislation and the counter terrorist actions from the government, the whole process is further complicated.Long gone are the days when I first started selling real estate when we used a single page for a listing or buying contract. The information highway has meant that everyone has access to a lot of info about real estate properties but the process of listing and selling property still requires a lot of due diligence either by yourselves or by you real estate agent.
I have developed a "Marketing Plan" that sellers can follow that lists the steps that we follow when selling a home. I have inserted a copy of our plan under the heading "Our Services" for your perusal.
When working with Buyers I like to spend time if circumstances permit to interview our new Buyers so I can get as clear a picture as possible as to their needs, wants and time frame. The object is to save you time and inconvenience.
